Each year, for a brief seasonal window, the rose fields of Isparta are harvested at dawn and distilled immediately using traditional methods passed down through generations. This hands-on rose harvest forms the central experience of the journey, while also visiting ancient ruins, historic towns, and countryside landscapes beyond the tourist trail.
